At the top of each jacket is a 14k gold plated gold loop. Attach the post of your stud earring through the hole of the gold loop after it is pushed through your lobe. Then secure your earring as you normally would with an earring backing. The earring jacket will hang down behind your ear lobe, creating a unique, dimensional look.
